Who We Are
Sri Nrusinga Dev Anchalika Yuba Parisada (SNDAYP), a non-political, non-profit making social welfare registered organization established in 1993-94, working to bring qualitative change in the lives of most marginalized groups – like disabled, women, economically backward class and oppressed section of the society. The organization mainly works with rural population; to meet their basic needs i.e. health, education, employment, vocational training, capacity building, gender discrimination and inequality. It respects human dignity and traditional values and also believes in holistic / integrated development process. SNDAYP works in partnership and has built alliances with local Govt. Administration & NGOs to witness tangible transformation and positive change. It works with local Gram Panchayats (GP) and women self-help groups promoted by the organization. SNDAYP has promoted a group of youth volunteers, who act as the key facilitator with community and they are the main organizational strength.

Our Strategy
- Mainstream disadvantaged and people with disability through education, disability management, clinical assessments and therapies, Psycho-social support, community sensitization, special education and training.
- Mobilize and empower disadvantaged and people with disabilities through formation and strengthening of groups and involvement in group decision making.
- Build capacity of disadvantaged and people with disability for policy, networking and lobbying to secure, promote and protect their rights and privileges.
- Secure the livelihoods of disadvantaged and people with disability through economic empowerment by need based training, micro enterprise development and market linkages.
